Domestic Orders
We offer Free shipping across India.
Deliveries are available to major towns and cities across India through our trusted courier partners.
Addresses located in rural areas, villages, or PO box regions may not be serviceable, even if the pincode appears available at checkout.
Customers are kindly requested to provide a town or city address for smooth and timely delivery.
In cases where delivery is not possible due to an unserviceable address, the order may be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account. However, The Carats will not be liable for refunds on orders that have already been shipped but are later returned due to incomplete, inaccurate, or unserviceable addresses.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Orders are usually shipped within 4–5 business days of receiving the order. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders
We are pleased to serve customers worldwide. For deliveries outside India, the shipping and handling charges, as well as any duties or taxes levied at the destination, will be borne by the customer.
